- Check-In Policy
- Please ensure you arrive at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shuttle departure time to avoid delays.
- If You Miss Your Shuttle
- Call us at (888) 250-9102 as soon as possible to reschedule or arrange alternative transportation.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Full refunds (minus any taxes and fees) can be requested by emailing info@orlandoairportshuttle.com prior to your scheduled ride.
- Luggage Policy
- Orlando Airport Shuttle is not liable for misplaced, stolen, or damaged luggage or property.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times.
- Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- While we strive to maintain punctual service, traffic, weather, and other unforeseen events may cause delays.
- Orlando Airport Shuttle is not responsible for missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Passenger Conduct
- Disruptive behavior that affects the safety or comfort of other passengers or drivers will not be tolerated.
- Orlando Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.

- Orlando Airport Shuttle is not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or additional expenses resulting from delays, missed connections, or other incidents.
